DIALECTICS OF THEORY OF MEANING An Essay on Mihailo Marković

Abstract

This paper discussed the categorial notions of dialectical establishing of theory of meaningwithin the dialectical logic, as conducted by Mihailo Markovic, surely one of the leading philosophersin the history of Serbian philosophy. In fact, for Marković, the theory of meaning is introductorypart of logic as a science of the conditions of objective truth knowledge, and it has as its objectthe conditions of communicability and analyticity of positions, logical criteria of objective truthmeaning, that precedes the evidence and practical verification which is, however, the subject ofthe theory of evidence and theory of verification in a dialectical logic.
