POLNE RAZLIKE U RELACIJI IZMEĐU OSOBINA LIČNOSTI I VRŠNJAČKOG NASILJA VIŠI OSNOVNOŠKOLSKI UZRAST

Abstract
Osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja jeste ispitivanje polnih razlika u intenzitetu i strukturi relacija između nasilnog ponašanja i osobina ličnosti na višem osnovnoškolskom uzrastu. Uzorak predstavljaju 322 učenika (60.8% devojčice) iz Srbije, uzrasta od 11 do 14 godina, koji pohađaju više razrede osnovne škole (V-VIII razred). Primenjena su dva upitnika, PRONA – namenjen proceni sklonosti i izloženosti nasilnom ponašanju i VP+2 - verzija za decu, koji operacionalizuje sedam leksičkih dimenzija ličnosti u našem jeziku.: Agresivnost, Otvorenost, Ekstraverziju, Neuroticizam, Savesnost, Pozitivnu i Negativnu valencu.Rezultati istraživanja upućuju na zaključak da Agresivnost i Negativna valenca pozitivno doprinose Sklonosti nasilnom ponašanju kod dečaka i devojčica, ali da u slučaju devojčica Pozitivna valenca dodatno doprinosi ovoj dimenziji nasilnog ponašanja. Izloženost nasilju je kod devojčica pozitivno povezana sa Neuroticizmom, dokovoj dimenziji nasilnog ponašanja kod dečaka pozitivno doprinosi Negativna valenca, a negativno Pozitivna valenca. Kada je reč o polnim razlikama, dečaci postižu više skorove na obe dimenzije nasilnog ponašanja, dok devojčice postižu više skorove na Savesnosti i Otvorenosti. Rezultati ovog istraživanja daju potvrdu nalazima prethodnih istraživanja ali i snažne praktične implikacije u kontekstu programa prevencije školskog nasilja.
