EFEKTI RANGIRANJA UNIVERZITETA NA KONCEPT KVALITETA U VISOKOM OBRAZOVANJU

Сажетак

Fenomen rangiranja univerziteta doživljava ekspanziju i postaje važan reprezent kvaliteta visokoškolskog obrazovanja tokom proteklih godina. Produkti rangiranja transparentno pokazuju delatnost univerziteta i dodeljuju im određenu poziciju na definisanim rang listama. U nameri da se što bolje plasiraju na listama, univerziteti preduzimaju različite mere u cilju podizanja kvaliteta obrazovanja i usluga koje nude svim zainteresovanim stranama. Različito shvatanje koncepta kvaliteta uslovilo je postojanje raznovrsnih dizajna i različitih namena projekata rangiranja. Autorke u radu nastoje da prikažu efekte koje je rangiranje ostvarilo na organizaciju visokoškolskih institucija, kao i dileme koje predstavljaju posledicu različitog dizajna projekata rangiranja. Dileme se odnose na objektivnost metodološke aparature rangiranja, usmerenost na naučnoistraživački učinak institucija nasuprot drugim segmentima delatnosti univerziteta i preferenciju tehničkih i prirodnih nauka u odnosu na društveno-humanističke nauke. U radu se navode i potencijalne preporuke za unapređenje procesa rangiranja i ukazuje se na njegov značaj za razumevanje koncepta kvaliteta u visokom obrazovanju.
